The MoistScan® MA-500 online microwave analyzer is ideally suited for
using in the alumina industry from mining of bauxite to the
production of alumina.
The main uses of the MA-500 in the alumina industry include:
• De-watering circuits such as centrifuges and control
of Alumina
hydrate calciner.
• Moisture measurement of mined bauxite for metallurgical accounting.
• De-watering of red mud in the CCD circuits for
further processing of
